The best-before date states how long a food keeps its specified properties under proper storage. For CBD products sold as food, it is a legal requirement.
Important: a best-before date is not an expiry date. Products may still be fit for consumption afterwards, though their potency can decline. For retailers, the remaining shelf life matters for stock planning.
