We enter into a commercial agency contract under European law (Directive 86/653/EEC). You act as a self-employed agent and need a business registration. Commission rates, protection periods and settlement intervals are set out in the contract. Binding compliance rules apply to selling — in particular, health claims about CBD products are not permitted.
