Gentle extraction method using supercritical CO2 for the purest CBD extracts.
Supercritical CO2 extraction is the gold-standard method for obtaining CBD from hemp plants. CO2 is brought into a supercritical state under high pressure and at a defined temperature, in which it acts as a solvent for cannabinoids.
The major advantage over other methods such as ethanol or butane: no chemical residues remain in the extract. The result is a pure, clean product with a defined cannabinoid profile.
