THC (tetrahydrocannabinol)
Psychoactive cannabinoid whose content is strictly regulated in legal CBD products.
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the primary psychoactive cannabinoid of the hemp plant. In the EU, legal CBD products may contain at most 0.2% THC (1% in Switzerland). Staying within these limits is decisive for legality.
Every seriously produced CBD product is tested for its THC content by HPLC analysis. The results are documented in the COA and must fall below the applicable national limits.
Hemp Wholesale Europe guarantees that all products stay within the statutory THC limits. For the French market we additionally offer entirely THC-free products.
